    Marina ist zur Zeit nicht so oft hier, weil voll eingespannt ist bei der Rettung von vielen Hunden aus einer Tötungsstation.

    Diese Tötungsstation ist nicht in Moskau, sondern ca 100 km entfernt und dort gibt es kaum Betreuer. Die Tötungen sind meist auf Samstags festgelegt und somit hat Marina alle Hände voll zu tun.

    Sie hat auch noch Yuma und Sancho zu betreuen, die sie - wegen der Warteliste - aus dem Shelter geholt hat und betreut nun auch noch zwei Hunde aus oben genannter Tötung.

    Aber ich war mal "spionieren", wie es Melissa so geht ..

    Prima geht es ihr!!! Sie ist wieder ein fröhliches Mädchen geworden, intelligent und hübsch. Melissa versucht auf jedem Spaziergang ganz viele neue Freunde zu finden. Andere Hunde findet sie toll. Vor allem Welpen und Junghunde - da flippt sie völlig aus.

    Melissa macht Sitz, Platz und gibt Pfötchen. Sie hat sich wirklich toll entwickelt.

    Und wie man sehen kann, verträgt sie sich mit Katzen auch ausgezeichnet.
    Ich habe zwar kein Beweisfoto, aber sie mag sogar Vögel :D

    Our girl is ok!
    Friendly with ALL! Not long ago played happily with a puppy of shephard  :] , at home she sits in the balcony - and just admires the birds outside =)  and loves cats,
    while walking she prefers dogs- boys :] and when she walks with them - she even pees like a boy - raising her back leg :] , she is very quick to learn all commands - like - sit, lie down - she started to perform them from the second attempt - so our girl is very, very clever!


    Last week she SUDDENLY - for the first time during all her stay with the foster home - during walking she barked vigourusly at one old man, Natasha told her - that is BAD! and then...she learned that this man is famous in the district for poisoning lots of homeless cats....


    We faced here 2 returns of winter with cold temperatures - and Melissa was saaad because of this as she wants spring and summer to come soon!  =)

    so barking at this old man was the RIGHT thing to do.

    Doesn't that person have anything else to do but go around poisoning innocent animals?
    he should be arrested.
    or be heavily sedated in a psychiatric ward of a mental hospital.

    it is definitely spring here in Germany, everything is green and many flowers are in full bloom - so sorry to hear about you having snow again.
